AgentBay — Buy & Sell AI Agents

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AgentBay (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

AgentBay is a platform that enables developers and businesses to buy and sell AI agents and automation tools. We provide escrow services, identity verification, payment processing through Stripe, and dispute resolution.

3. User Accounts and Verification

To sell on the Platform, you must complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Buyers must maintain valid payment methods. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Buying and Selling

Sellers set their own prices and retain 85% of each sale (platform fee is 15%). All transactions are processed through our escrow system. Funds are held until the buyer confirms delivery or the escrow period expires.

5. Prohibited Content

You may not list agents designed for: illegal activities, unauthorized data scraping, credential stuffing, malware distribution, or any activity that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

6. Dispute Resolution

Disputes are handled through our structured dispute process. Buyers may request refunds within the escrow period. We reserve the right to make final determinations on disputed transactions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentBay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
